# Efficient and Accurate COVID-19 Vaccine Validation for Employers

# With recent mandates requiring many American workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19, employers across the country are tasked with checking on the vaccination status of all their employees.

### Employers need a systematic means of verifying COVID-19 vaccination status. Without a software solution, HR bears the time-consuming burden of manually validating vaccination cards. For companies with hundreds or thousands of employees, this method isn’t feasible.

### Thankfully, there’s a better way—one that’s far more efficient and convenient for both employees and HR personnel. With the vaccine validation solution now available from Neocase, employees can upload a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination card, and the system will automatically process the image to extract and record the information it contains. Employee vaccination proof stays on file so you’re always ready for a potential audit.
